Boy Scout Troop 93 Has a Busy Weekend!

First Presbyterian Church-Newton Troop 903 were extremely busy the weekend of October 7 and 8th.


Saturday, Troop members and leaders assisted church members in cleaning and restoration of the church’s historical cemetery.


During the 11:00 a.m. worship service, Stephen Lewis,Jr. received his Eagle Scout award. Stephen was extremely active in church activities during his 18 years at FPCNEWTON.


Sunday afternoon, the Troop prepared, served and cleaned up the Sunday Community Supper at FPCNEWTON for 60 plus people needing a free meal.  


Way to go Troop 903! Many thanks to the Scouts  , leaders and their parents for exemplifying the Scout spirit!
